Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. There are things that I wish click time had but, I have come to realized that they do already exist in click time except our organization hasn't enabled them yet. For example I currently only see the time of people that are my direct reports. However, I have people across the organization that are impacting my budget and I have no way of knowing how much time they are applying to my budget. I have talked to our finance team though and learned that this is possible. But, they are worried about adding any other friction that might slow down the running of payroll. I don't think it would be fair to criticise any features of Surfboard, because the team are so receptive to feedback, requests and recommendations. Excel-based scheduling was problematic - unable to drill down to granular needs such as break/lunch placement. Surfboard allows us to be as specific as we need with break placements, meaning we can avoid breaks/offline activities during key times.

Staff couldn't access their shifts from home, which meant that we regularly had issues with staff turning up at the wrong time or even days. Ability to access Surfboard on the website, or integrating Surfboard with their phone calendars has pretty much eliminated shift errors.

As mentioned above, we needed too much time to handle all kind of hr and other business operations. Superworks effectively addresses the challenges of managing HR, payroll, and project tasks separately by offering an all-in-one solution. It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease. Not much to dislike - unless you want a complex solution to solve a simple issue (as I have seen on D365 or Salesforce). Timely is continuously improving and many suggestions have been made available. Personally I do not have errors with the Memory app and I think the 'AI' does its best to guess - with as few data as possible (GDPR) where to place my drafts. As a consultant, by the end of the week, I used to "miss" or have "lost" time used on customers to invoice. With Timely this seldom happens. The activities (or memories as called in Timely) captured can be easily associated to a project.

As a team member, you get constantly interrupted by colleagues from the local or foreign offices, now I can see in Timely the time used for that.

Com o Float, isso não acontece mais, porque ele mostra exatamente quem tá disponível e quando.
