I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. According to me , there are no such disadvantages of Job Diva but yes there are lot of duplicate and fake candidates in the database , so what Job Diva can do , it can merge or delete the duplicate profiles of the candidate which will make easy for us to find genuine candidates. Job diva provides each and everything from fetching the candidates to the rejection and termination of the candidates , it saves all the data which makes easy for me not to maintain any notes .

I don’t have to maintain any notes as Job Diva is enough and makes me remember and provide each and every note to me so I don’t have to maintain multiple software system which saves my efforts and time and provides fast pace environment to us . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately it remains very confusing to hiring managers. Perhaps that is due to lack of training on my end (lol) but hiring managers are even more confused with the updated Greenhouse software than they were before. The buttons on the side of the screen are not intuitive and it's not clear how they can view the candidate application and notes. While I understand that the rebrand makes it more of a "to do list," it has added more clicks to my journey to find the candidate's application and application questions, which I look at frequently. Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. One area where Remote could improve is by offering a digital company ID feature. This would be a useful addition, especially for transactions that require identity verification. Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about CEIPAL ATS, but if I had to point out something, it would be the occasional lag during busy times. Also, I think the customization options could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to reports and workflows. It would be great if it integrated better with more third-party tools too. CEIPAL ATS really helps with managing a high volume of candidates. It makes the recruitment process a lot smoother—from posting jobs to tracking candidates, it saves a ton of time. Lever is supporting us as our Applicant Tracking System but offers so much more such as requisition creation and management, job board posting alignment, metrics (time to fill, time to hire) reporting, candidate flow, interviewing standardization, and more. There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. I am a non-resident alien, so I exempt from paying FICA taxes. The ADP does not have the feature for non-resident alien, so first, I struggled to set my payroll deductions. ADP operator helped me exempt from fica by changing some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am unfamiliar to US payroll deduction and UI taxes. I cannot calculate the deductions and pay taxes to IRS or state government by myself.

The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common.
