What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

For many years we struggled to get accurate, real-time stock levels in our multiple warehouses. Finally, after switching to Cin7 Core, we are able do do this very easily. Using various API's we have also been able to automate and streamline certain processes, reducing the need for staff having to manually complete these tasks, and also reducing the "human errors" that used to sometimes occur. We also have a much better oversight of our business as a whole, and have been able to reduce some unnecessary expenses. Also, with it being a cloud-based system, we are able to access it at any time from any location. We have had every staff member using Cin7Core on a daily basis for over a year and have had very few issues with it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

We did find the implementation to be a bit pricey, and also find that the subsciption fees are somewhat on the high-end, but I suppose as the saying goes "you pay for what you get". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved our major issue that we had with not having accurate stock levels accross multiple locations. As we are primarily a stock based business, this has been very important for us. We also have complete overview of every other aspect of our business, including quoting, sales, purchasing, deliveries etc. We have also found the varios API integrations that we have been able to use with Cin7Core to be extremely helpful in streamlining many aspects of our business. Streamline does not fully support networking of multiple suppliers with single or multiple DCs. Adjusting forecast models also looks very dull and it does not provide a pool of options for forecast models. The tabs for forecast model info also can be more view - friendly and easy to use. As a listing and marketing manager in an multi-channel ecommerce business, the part I find the most amazing about the Goflow program is that it is so user-friendly and simple to use, even if you are not so tech-savvy, yet it still has all features and options you would ever want an multi-channel program to offer you! Another part which I find amazing, is the continuous, never ending updates. There is an updates icon at the bottom of the page, and all the time you can click on it to see the latest updates. Updates are posted there as frequent as a few times per week! Last but not least- when using Goflow, you can take a nap with peace, knowing with confidence that your listings, orders, and inventory are not on pause, as it gets updated automatically and efficiently through Goflows reliable integrated system. Ruslan and the team have been amazing at accommodating all of my requests through different patches and modifications tailored to our specific needs. There is only 1 item that has been. unable to be performed now and that is to remove cost view for employees on web version so for now only the bc app is being used on ipads until that becomes available. Listing Mirror allows my company to manage all our marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify in one solution. The software is easy to use and customer service is very responsive. They recently updated the UI to make it more modern too. The bulk template feature is great for large-scale changes. The reporting is very weak and it can be slow sometimes to do some tasks if you have thousands of SKUs. They just added a basic Dashboard which is nice, but they are very weak in reporting currently. What do you like best about StockIQ?

We selected StockIQ many years ago to help us get a handle on our inventory at our central distribution hub and our spoke warehouses, and it has delivered on that promise. Excess and dead stock is down at all our branches, service level is up, and our central hub is running leaner than ever. I credit them with being the key reason we stayed profitable through the COVID years. The software really works, but on top of that, it’s backed with the most amazing support team I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot express enough how empowering it is to know I can contact them with any question or issue we have and they will get us an answer. StockIQ has proven over and over their commitment to our partnership. Their Supply Chain expertise has assisted our company in navigating the inventory challenges that accompany explosive growth. They are our favorite software vendor by a mile.

A responsive team, supply chain planning software that is intuitive and provides all that my planners need to get their job done.

I contacted StockIQ a week after going live on a new ERP. The information our planning department required to launch Purchase and Transfer orders was unavailable. Planners were not getting the necessary information to conduct daily purchases and transfers to branch facilities. The planning team struggled to plan timely replenishments and meet the high volume of replenishments to our hub and satellite facilities due to the lack of information.

The team at StockIQ fast-tracked a start date and completed an implementation and training in three weeks.

The software is very intuitive, making for a rapid adoption with the planners. The planning team was up and running quickly and is planning with confidence.

The user interface provides flexibility in that I can view SKUs in aggregate or individually, which helps analyze the flow of movement. The team at StockIQ is quick to respond to any service requests.

What do you like best about Veeqo?

It just works! no bugs, no hastles. Lower shipping rates, and backed by Amazon delivery gaurantees.

We were Shipstation users but gave Veeqo a try. First it synced our Amazon orders seamlessly, pulling orders and already knowing dimensions from Amazon a big plus, (no more configuring each new SKU) . Implementation was super easy.

We are daily users shipping a couple hundred packages a day. We were expecting some learning curve but WOW after 1 day we knew Veequ was going to be better than Shipstation, not to mention free (more savings) and no charge for additional users (more savings)

The 5% refund on shipping is nice but add that we now get better rates AND dont have to pay the .30 additional charge (as shipstation does) to use Amazon shipping methody adds up to HUGE savings.

We have not integrated other market places yet no have had the need for customer support, but seeing how good Veeqo is out to the box we expect it only get better and we add the rest of our channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much negative to say. Setting up print direct did require installing java first.

What do you like best about AGR?

AGR easily helps inventory management. The main advantage is having a clear dashboard for all inventories. Being able to analyze our sales and purchases with all the features AGR offers, makes our life so much easier. It´s easy to prioritize vendors and items with their feature, such as Importance status, ABC analyze and other tools. AGR also pushes us to keep updating and improving our ERP system.

• The system is simple and easy to use.

• Cuts down time spent on forecasting and producing orders.

• Reducing overstock and stockout.

• Power BI Dashboard.

• Adjustable sales data.

What do you like best about Webgility?

Webgility allows us to post all web orders straight into Quickbooks. It saves us so much time. We use it every for every web order. It works great with posting all Amazon orders in Quickbooks as well. Thankfully there's not too much I dislike. Sometimes contacting the support team can be difficult to get through, or the person speaking is hard to understand. But once we get through, the support team is usually super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xero?

Xero has been a dependable accounting solution, allowing us to handle all of our financial management needs in one spot. It aids in the management of expenses and the tracking of cash flows into and out of the business. They provide best customer service. We also utilize XPM as our CRM. When generating tasks in XPM, it would be useful to have the whole chart of accounts available in the income account drop down box. Sometimes tasks or expenditures must be coded back into an expense or COG account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero serves well to businesses of all sizes, with a remarkably clean layout that is extremely user friendly, even for beginners. The fresh and simple layout is quite appealing. Furthermore, Xero offers robust support via comprehensive online resources such as articals and websites, allowing customers to submit questions and recieve rapid responses.
