I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. We needed a way to be able to create more consistent emails and landing pages regardless of the region or business unit that is creating the asset. We also needed a solution that would allow for emails /landing pages to be responsive without needing to wait for our internal IT or outside agencies to optimize for mobile clients. In addition, we wanted to provide our marketers with a view into the creation process and allow them an opportunity to make edits rather than having our creative agencies make every little change. Finally, we wanted to make sure that our emails were coded properly so that we didn't have delays between the time that the email was approved from a creative/content perspective to when it was reviewed from a technical/coding perspective for our marketing automation platform.

Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for a specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected. I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. I wanted more options for where to place the button and description on top of the sliding images but the only options currently are right, center, left. Duda makes it pretty easy for me to build websites for clients. I always run into a few limits with what I can do but so far I have found solutions. It's hard to dislike anything about this app as they're incredibly proactive about refining the app or tackling bugs. The app is very intuitive but is set up differently than most custom page builders so it may take some people longer for the initial setup but once in, building pages is an easy task.
