What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns has allowed up to update communications to our team members very quickly. We are able to send out updates on over 10 monitors as needed very quickly. We can update our monitors as offten or we would like sometimes it multiple times per day. Having built in templates has also been a help to us. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder is incredibly simple to setup. We love the ability to have our staff chat with clients from the interface while clients are waiting. We love the Apple TV App that shows clients right where they are in the queue. We started out using Qminder at one campus and are in the midst of expanding it to all of our campuses. What do you dislike about Qminder?

Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened.

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. What do you like best about Raydiant?

The simplicity of the user interface. It is intuitive even for someone without big computer skills like Photoshop. Lots of content available to adapt and modify, I don't have to create anything from scratch unless I want to. Incorporation of moving video images really adds pop to my digital marketing and cross platform utilization on Facebook is easy and very effective. Support is east to reach, very quick to respond clear and understandable and able to remote in and screen share to help me learn. The price point is fantastic and this is a real bargain. As an office manager and someone who needs to help plan events hosted in our office, having an understanding of headcounts and trends in headcounts was vital. Knowing who is using the office and how it gave my team the ability to plan support, supplies and catering has been huge. If we weren’t changing our office space usage again we would continue with Tactic.

Additionally the support & implementation team were incredibly supportive as we evolved to a remote first company and were learning how to manage a workspace in a totally new way.

Liked the flexible access and the ability to reserve & assign desks for neighborhoods, teams, and single people

What do you like best about WaitWell?

It's a very simple system to use, with many amazing tools. You can use it just simply a Line-Management Application, but it can do so much more if needed. Including:

- Customer Interaction Reviews (Leaving notes)

- Schedule Appointments

What do you dislike about WaitWell?

The only concern I've had is getting Notifications to my mobile device to work consistantly. I am often logged in at multiple locations (Home PC, Work PC, Tablet, Smartphone) and it took almost a year before I was able to get a ding on my phone to let me know someone joined the queue. May not be important during busy times, but essential during slower periods when someone can quietly add themselves to the queue and we not notice. I did attempt to get assistance with this concern via WaitWell Support, but the assistance fell through sadly. Hopefully they fix this in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working at a small booth, we do not have space to have long lines. I've setup andmanaged multiple Visitor Management Systems (Envoy, Traction Guest, Proxyclick, Te Receptionist, SwipedOn, iLobby, and Sine). In my oppinion, Sine is the best value for the money. The cost is low, but customer service is great. It is customizable, and able to meet the needs of my employer (and more). Using Skedda's integration with Outlook calendars can be a bit troublesome at times. You are not allowed to double book, and your reservation will be marked as "busy". Skedda helps solve the issues of space utilization within our officespace. This was particularly useful because we began downsizing our office space. What do you like best about Kastle?

The people at Kastle are very easy to work with. The call center is always extremely helpful, and on top of every situation, and the customer service center is the best I've worked with. The techs that come out to resove problems are very experienced in the systems they are working on. We are currently working with them to install a Safetrust moble platform for one of my tenents, and it is going smoothly. We also use the Kastle Insites to gauge the number of people returning to work. The visitor management is their best product apart from desks. Apart from enhancing visitor experience, they take utmost care of the employee experience as well via employee centric features and applications.

It's easy to add or remove access to doors and time control when access can be obtained. It was easily integrated to work together with our SSO and new employees can quickly get the basic access needed without the IT team to jump into action. Their Customer Support in our area is provided by a vendor who has done an amazing job so far. In the few weekly times that we need to check if someone is in or not, how many people have arrived or to send monthly reports of arrivals it provides the information quite well with some limitations. What do you dislike about Genea Security?
